Strategy
Our strategy process starts with a thorough evaluation of the current situation through interviews with important stakeholders with different perspectives. We then collect and review current data and statistics and carry out a SWOT analysis.
Based on this, a target picture is designed based on OKR, Must Win Battles, "Will it make the boat go faster" and/or balanced goal management. We revise the vision, mission and values to ensure they are aligned with the new strategy.
Implementation starts with communication and role understanding. Continuous monitoring and structured management ensure that resistance is dealt with and resources are allocated.
Performance
The experience of not reaching targets or performing worse than the market at times is familiar to most organisations. The issues are often compound and complex, and it can be difficult to understand exactly what the challenge is.
In order to improve performance, it is wise to start by mapping out today's challenges. By identifying problem areas and comparing performance with others, you can get a picture of where the shoe is pressing.
Improvement measures to address the identified problems can be, for example, measurement and reward, feedback, employee and management development or organizational culture.


Evolution
About 70% of all change initiatives fail (HBR). This is often due to factors that are entirely avoidable; challenges with strategy, communication and resistance are recurring.
Change does not happen in a vacuum. To succeed, one must start from the current situation, define a vision for the future and create a plan to meet the challenge. That is why we talk about an evolution rather than a change.
We start from Kotter's 8 steps for change in our processes. With a focus on setting clear goals, developing a robust strategy and engaging and inspiring all parties to take part in the journey, the probability of success is increased.
