Our story

Dogwine Rebel Consulting was founded to challenge traditional consulting methods with a desire to think differently and break norms. With roots in Bergen and an international ambition, the company started its journey on 1 May 2024. The founder, driven by a passion for change and an unwavering belief in challenging the established, has chosen social responsibility as a cornerstone. Through pro-bono work, coaching and consulting, we strive to contribute to something bigger than ourselves.

The company was built without a partner structure and with values ​​at the centre, and aims to create a culture where open communication and collaboration flourish. We believe in establishing psychological security in our projects, where our clients can take risks and express themselves freely. With a focus on individual and collective success, as well as celebrating small victories, Dogwine is a company where teams and individuals can perform at their best. We believe in taking a clear stand and giving clear, challenging recommendations that promote real behavioral change in everyday life.

As a rebel in the industry, Dogwine is keen to see things from new perspectives, challenge established systems and promote new ideas. We encourage our partners to dialogue and share information to create an atmosphere that stimulates change. Our approach is experience-based and professionally rooted, with the aim of helping organizations succeed in an ever-changing world.
